Like pieces of a nostalgic and ethereal dream, Fragments of Worship collects years worth of lofi and ambient works for guitar, synth, percussion and samples by multi-instrumentalist Étienne Grenier as A Houseplant. The fragments here are emotive, direct, and the textured space they emerge from lends them a slightly haunted quality that brings to mind works like the Boards of Canada Old Tunes tapes but is still wholly unique. The compilation's core is full of wistful beauty that drifts in, casts its spell, and then vanishes into thin air.

Track 19 is exclusive to the tape edition and has been replaced by brief silence in the digital version.
